Eastern European warehouses. They are located in
Moscow, St. Petersburg and Tomsk, Russia as well
as in Chisinau, Moldova. Some orders (about 2% of
the total) ship from within the United States.
Orders shipped from Russia or Moldova are mailed
either via International Airmail or Federal
Express. |

days of delivery date for a courteous credit to

(less the original shipping charges). You can use
your credit for another purchase at
